I am lodged request on Dt.6.6.2019 regarding Gas Refilling in my WAC 1.5 T3S RHWAG1503.
I am staying at Top Floor of my building with my family and i have a daughter of 7 Months age.
I am such a loyal customer and you are treating the customer like granted. your sole purpose is only to sold the product to the customer at anyhow and after sale services you don't care. Is this kind of trust Reliance Digital is building on people. What a disgusting service. MY 7 MONTHS DAUGHTER IS SUFFERING. Despite of Daily Follow up with 3-4 times in a day with customer care even i am very busy in my schedule as I am Chartered Accountant and Lawyer and Lots of GST audits & companies statutory audit is going on even i have no time to have a lunch properly and atleast 10 to 15 minutes will take in your one customer care call, and still no action has been taken from your end. VERY DISGUSTING.
This kind of Casual Approach is not expected from this reputed company.
I AM VERY VERY DISSATISFIED.
