Reliance Digital — Harassment in the name of service in Kolkata | |||
I am a customer of RESQ Plan for my LG Split AC from 01.04.2015 and the serial no. is 246682. In this context when the remote control of the said AC was not working I asked for a service request to helpline no. and after that the following reference numbers are send to me as my reference no.:- 07/09/2015- Ref. No.[protected] 09/09/2015- Call No. [protected] 19/09/2015- Call No. [protected] 26/09/2015- Ref. No.[protected] First time when the staff visited my house told me that the remote is defective and he will check it and replace it if needs. But next time he told that the remote is ok but the sensor of the AC is not working. So it has to be replaced. Third time another staff called SANDIP came to my house and told me that the display board is defective, so it has to be replaced, and he took the photo of the Customer Data copy page & Serial no. Board. But till date no solution is there for my AC has been found and every time I called him ([protected]) he promised to do the job urgently. Surprisingly every time I got the Message that the Reference numbers and call numbers have been resolved, where the problem has not yet solved and I have been cheated by RESQ.
