[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — I am complaining about delay in returning my headphone.

I've purchased one headphone for mobile,
headphone from Sony. I've attached product entry pass issued from Reliance Digital, Purulia. Now it's more than one month but I didn't get the product back.
Just after purchase in two month one side headphone was not working, then I contacted with Reliance Digital, Purulia and I get it back with same new headphone because it was within warranty period. This new headphone lasted for one month only, and again I visited same store, and still my product is within warranty period, but as of now I didn't get it back.

Dear sir .,
I purchase samsung washing machine on 13 august at bhimavaram reliance digital. They promise me in a week day delivery but till now (28th august) they or not delivered the item. When ever I ask them say it will come within a week days. Very unhappy and it's not the first time.
