Reliance Digital — I am complaining about my newly purchased laptop | |||
I have bought a new dell laptop (Service code:[protected]) on 17th may 2019 from reliance digital vijayawada, assisted by an executive mr mahesh ([protected]). He told that he will update warranty n if at all any issue comes to my laptop he will sort out (He took all the responsibility n gave his personal no. To me on that day @ time of delivery) if [problem wont b solved he gave assurance of replacement. With in a month my laptop screen got damage & for that he told to call customer care ([protected] -[protected]). I called to customer care n they have helped me with the dell authorized service center,, when i went there i came to know that my laptop warranty was not updated. Then i asked mr mahesh to update warranty, but here also he failed to do n asked me to send a mail to some other person. He updated some warranty but my problem is not yet sort. Now mr mahesh want me to purchase warranty n help him to reach his target. He is denying all the commitments he made to me on the day of purchase... Please take action towards such fake people...
