I purchased a fully automatic washing machine (Samsung 6.5 KG) from your Ulwe Store on 24th Aug 2020.
The machine was a display piece and considering that your sales person offered me a good discount on it, which was the main reason i decided to purchase the same model. Your sales person also suggested me to avail an extended warranty of 2 years and given me total quote of Rs. 15761.76, which I paid and waited for the delivery of my purchase.
It got delivered on 25th Aug '20 wherein the machine was wrapped by bubble wrap and not in a box. Immediately, post delivery of the machine, a demo and installation guy also came to my place. I was surprised with the kind of fast service. As i was in office that day and my wife was only at home i could not meet your ppl. The installation guy opened the bubble wrap packing and said that i first need to change the tap(where i am going to fix the machine) and then only the machine can be installed. He still gave the demo to my wife and she took the video recording of the same. Till this time no one realized that the machine is damaged. Next morning when i checked, i found that there are dents on the body of the machine and the upper plastic body is also separated from metal body. I immediately reported the issue to the store and lodged the complaint with complaint number [protected]. Since then i am following with the store ppl and i have still not received any resolution.
