I have bought samsung refrigerator and ifb washing machine on 31-oct-2016 from tumkur reliance digital store which is located at b. h. road, opposite to bata showroom. i gave call to the store many times, but there is no proper response from store. and the installation is kept pending as no service engineer has visited my home. this is very irritating and wondering how irresponsible are staff in reliance. kindly reply me with any update and arrange for installition.
