I have purchased one voltas split ac from your reliance digital alwar on 3rd of this month and they comitted it will be delivered and installed on 4th of this but till now they are telling that it will be installed today since 4.5.2018 but no one has come to install till now and now they are telling that it will be installed tommorrow. I mean to say that why this false committment is made at the time of sell. Very poor after sale service is provided by your reliance digital.if it is not installed today. Tommorrow complaint will be made to your higher appellate authority.
