This is inform you that i have purchased iPhone 5S from Reliance Digital xpress (Prern arbour Ahmedabad). which is well-known branded retail show room on dated 08/12/2014.
Phone is not damage and not dropped by me. before 10 days I visited iPhone Ahmedabad service center which is located Gurukul Road area and iPhone service staff said to that phone was not damaged and your phone internal led is problematic which repair expense is 23000/-.
Also same day I visited your Ahmedabad service center which is located Gulmohar Mall Satellite area and your service staff told me 21000/- repairer expanse for this phone.
How can this possible in New warranty phone and this is a question to you your staff is very experienced or not. My phone value is 44k and warranty Phone expenses is 23000/_. I m not understand that Phone is not damage and not water damage too. I have three iPhone in family. M very happy for cells but now this time very disappointed. Please give me a good suggestion from this problem of iPhone and being a your good customer, I want to perfect solution which will expect from iPhone team otherwise I will be take other action from your Ahmedabad service team.
Secondly I have been complain twice on your site ( [protected]@resq.in) but still not have any revert from your side, so please consider my request on urgent basis and do the needful and my complain date are 1st and 7th July.
