Reliance Digital — Its been a month and the product was not delivered!!

Hi Team,

I've ordered "X90H | Full-Array LED | 4K Ultra HD | High Dynamic Range (HDR) | Smart TV (Android TV)" from the Reliance store in Vizianagram. Since there was no stock I was told that my product will be delivered within 10 days. I got a tracking message from Reliance that my product is out for delivery on Nov 26th. But till now it was not delivered. The TV price was 94K and I paid half of the amount and even the EMI also getting deducted. But till now no update. I'm totally dissatisfied with the service.

Can you please update something on this or else I've to reach out to some lawyer to place a complaint?
