[Resolved] Reliance Digital Jayanagar Bangalore — Pathetic service for the SONY LED purchased 3 months back | |||
Purchased TWO SONY Sony's unique TRILUMINOS™55 inches and 42 inches on the 25th December. This was purchased under the FREE GIFT scheme of Free head phones, Till date in-spite of repeated phone calls there has not been a single initiative to solve the problem. The attitude of the personnel is pathetic in reliance. The warranty card is yet to be given. The installation report also is not being signed till date. The kind of person being sent to install the TV is not at all qualified In Spite of repeated calls there has been no formal acknowledgement. I think it is a waste of time to visit the Reliance Digital showroom Was this information helpful? | |||
