Dear Sir,
I have purchased Jio Fi router on 5th September 2020. The product serial number is [protected]. SSID is JioFi3_5ADCD4.
The product was purchased from Mr. Abdul ID 60391436 from Reliance Retail Limited Store at Colaba State Code 27 MAH.
On 25th September 2020, the Jio Fi Router sim slot malfunctioned and the device became inoperative. I handed over the device to the Store Manager at Colaba on 28th September 2020.
I visited the store and spoke to Mr. Abdul, who told me he would get a replacement of the Wifi router.
It has been 1 week and so far no replacement has been given to me by Mr. Abdul, saying that there is a shortage of Wifi Router and he can do nothing about it.
I am shocked at the kind of service I am getting from the people employed in the store and specifically Mr. Adul who is the Store manager.
I request the concerned authority to look into my problem and offer a new device since the device delivered to me is useless and I could hardly use the device for even a month.
I hope you will resolve the issue and replace my device Router JMR540 ( Black ).
