[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Jio HotSpot Router

I bought Jio Hotspot router with sim accompanied, though my SIM activation process successful, I was never able to connect to their network. Based on their tele customer care advice, I have submitted router for repair, but they never came back to me with resolution though I waited for 15 days, its alomost 45 days still I yet to get proper update. Not they started saying router not in stock they can't give replacement.

The reliance digital branch in kaikodanhalli in Srajapura Road.
