[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Jio sim activation

Hello Sir,

I have jio sim and bar code ready for activation, but reliance digital store refuse to activate the sim, there words are either i have to purchare LYF phone to get jio sim activate instantly or you have to came after three days to get you jio sim activated.

They have activated one sim in front of me who purchased LYF phone..

But they refused to me by sying the person is not available who activate the sim.

This is clear indification a customer is meant nothing to them

Hi I am complaining on reliance digital sarvada you mall store as after 2 weeks they are calling on processing a consumer loan which should have been done at the same moment. Loosers bloody fools
