I Purchased two Reliance Jiofi 3 devices (the activated sim No. are [protected] & [protected]) on[protected] & got it activated at the Reliance Digital Centre on the same day. As per their welcome offer, I was promised unlimited data until 31st Dec 2016. But after consuming 2GB of data on each device, I got a message "You have exhausted your Account balance / Credit limit" with a button to recharge. I called their customer care & their staff does not have any clue regarding how to resolve this issue. They even informed me that the welcome offer only includes 2GB of Data. This is a fraudulent act as they lure the customers by giving false information. Screenshot of their welcome offer attached to prove the same along with the message I am getting when connected to Jiofi. I am submitting the complaint here as their customer care first informed me that this will be resolved within 48 hours & now after 48 hours, they are saying that I have already used up the entire data. Since the answer I got from their customer care is not satisfactory, I would request you to kindly ask the concerned authorities to look into this matter & resolve the matter by keeping their promise of providing unlimited data until 31st of December 2016.
