[Resolved] Reliance Digital — JioFi | |||||
I purchased JioFi on Aug 28 from Reliance Digital Mini Store. This device costed me 2899 rupees in cash. That time Reliance Website (www.jio.com) and Reliance Mini Store executive at Mathikere, Bengaluru both confirmed that upon activation I will get 3 months (90 days) of free 4G data. But after 2 days when the device got activated I saw only 2GB data is there (by logging into jio.com, myAccount section). I have raised complaints from this app and got no reply since 3 days. And now today just noticed the device's cost came down to 1999 rupees. I can ignore the fact that I was cheated by Reliance on the price of the device. But what I can't tolerate the fact that for 2900 rupees, I just got 2GB of data and nobody is there in JioCare to listen to my complaint. JIO Sim - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
