I have purchased wd elements from relaince digital today i.E., 29-march-2014 as ther has been an offer for free skullcandy headphones. Unfortunately these headphones never worked & the executives responded that this is a free product whether the product works or not it is not their responsibility.Wd elements is a base model hard disk which is priced less than 4000 in the market, i have paid 4999/- as there is an offer with this product.Please help me in getting the head phones replaced.

Updated by vinubaby7 Despite of followup from the Akosha team, so far Reliance digital has not responded to my query yet. This is what is called fraud, do not buy anything from Reliance Digital.

u should try contacting skull candy servicecenter for this, might get some help there

Even i bot same WD + skull candy form reliance digital. they said the product is out of stock so will take 10 to 15 days to deliver.
