Dear sir I am very disappointed after purchasing lenovo laptop s-145 1 week ago from v3s mall - reliance digital store. Hang after starting the laptop and not able to use this laptop. Conusmer care and executives at store are also not supportive. I want to change this laptop. I handover the laptop at store for replacing but no action taken yet. What should i do?
