LG tech came to house, he told that reliance have failed to pay for the part before so they won't repair the TV unless they get an email from RESQ Team. Its been 3 weeks and RESQ team kerala have told that its for TL approval and he needs to send. TL says that its service center that needs to send the email. I am stuck between. You call center has no view to complaint registered in RESQ APP. They keep creating new request. As a customer this is nightmare. Help to get my TV repaired.
