[Resolved] Reliance Digital — lousy customer service | |
Purchased washing machine. No installation person came even after 3 days. I have made over 20 phone calls to the store. Each time either they put me on hold or tell me the person will come in next few hours. At time of purchase they confirmed installation in 24 hours and now it is over 3 days. Worst customer serivice whwre customer has to constantly keep following up. Was this information helpful? | |
