[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Lumia mobile display and hanging problem

Respected Sir,

I visited to your Reliance digital shop on dated 02/09/2015 at 20:35 pm and purchased a microsoft Lumia 4 bearing IMEI NO: [protected] and the bill was raised by your staff in the name of DHIRAJ Sagar.

That the said mobile started malfunctioning (it includes display, hanging etc) some days before but due my business I find it uneasy to visit the service center but when the display was ultimately dead then I went to LUMIA Service center on 20/08/2016 (i.e. within service period from the date of Purchase),

That there I was shocked to know the reason of refusal which they said : they said that the mobile is out of warranty period which ended on 22/06/2016. then I visited your store from where I purchased the mobile, where I was properly Interrogated by your in-charge and also the Product along with the Bill was also inspected and then after a complain was registered on the same date i.e 20/08/2015. THE COMPLAIN NO [protected].

now on the elapsed of nearly two months nothing had been done for its redressal also the person in the store is unable to reply to the matter.
That I need know where is the problem, should I move before the proper court for its redressal and other related grievances.
