Date of incident: 15th Jan Case # [protected] 2nd case logged on 24th jan Case: [protected] Incident description: Water Purifier leakage not being repaired properly. Purchased a year and a half ago. First year was covered by Hindustan Unilever. 2nd year AMC was purchased from Reliance Digital. Engineer does not visit site and is incompetent to resolve the issue.
