Reliance Digital — mismatch of product (nokia 6.1 mobile) | |||
On 17/09/2018 i have purchased one nokia 6.1 mobile with a specification of 4 gb ram and 64 gb rom, which sales personnel has confirmed from your stores located at silpukhuri, guwahati, assam. When i started using mobile on 18/09/2018, it has been noticed that mobile is having 3gb ram and 32 gb rom. I have logged the complaint to the store regarding mismatch of the product immediately and visited the store in the evening and discussed the matter. Stores personnel have requested for one day time period to resolve the complaint but today one of stores personnel called me and informed that your mobile can not be replaced.
