Reliance Digital — Mobile insurance

I took a Mobile from Kukatpally Digital Store along with Insurance

Mobile Model : LG Velvet

Purchase Date : Mar 14 2021
When i purchased the mobile i did not get any instruction from Reliance Store Sale man.
and on the Purchase bill the sale team update his personal Email on my mobile Bill (Attached)

Query :

My mobile got broken and since i have Mobile Insurance i raised request to RSQ team,

i got a request for Payment for mobile Pick up 1000Rs
later my request was rejected,

I spoke to the insurance team for the Reason, they told me that you have raised the request after 1 week of mobile damage so the request was rejected.

Note :1. No one instructed the T&M about insurance during purchase.

2. And wrong email update on my purchase Bill

Later I reached Kukatpally Store ( Ravi Kanth ) then he told me he would reach out and raised a request.

After 2 day i got a call from the insurance team asking for Death certificate of my Father, i was shocked why they were asking for that.

Ravi kanth from Reliance CS has give wrong update to the insurance team saying the my father Was expired,

This is really the worst service I have ever seen. why your team is giving wrong information and that to On the worst reason give to insurance.

I want it to be repaired under insurance or replace the mobile since i have paid for insurance.

pls take action on Ravi kanth for giving wrong updates.

I will be always available on +91 [protected], pls call me and clear the issue if not i will reach out to Consumer court.
