[Resolved] Reliance Digital — mobile service not done | |||
Mobile issues when i'm submitted — not detecting sim, mic problem, glass broken. I have submitted my mobile (Huawei gsm h/s - nexus 6p-32gb graphite) on 30th august at reliance digital kukatpally, hyderabad. The call no assigned was [protected] (Received a text msg on that day). I called nearly 20 times to get an update on my mobile status but there was no proper response and whenever i called to c. Care new tickets were generated for the issue. Tickets — call no [protected], call no [protected], call no [protected], Vide id 20801261, complaint no.:[protected] were generated when i called to know the status. After 29 days they called me and said that my mobile mother board is not working. When i submitted the mobile it was working fine. Now there is no response from them whenever i called. I'm attaching the mail conversation with c. Care and the receipt given to me when the mobile is submitted. Was this information helpful? | |||
