I wanted to let you know that I was facing an out of sync issue with audio and video for the product TCL 127 cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV, 50P615 which I got delivered on 31st May 2022
Later they replaced the product and I could see the same the issue happened with the replaced product too and it was confirmed by TCL Brand technicians on 5th July 2022.
Hence I wasn't satisfied with the product, I asked for the refund for the same. After few days, uninstallation has been done from Reliance digital. Now its been more than 15days, I'm waiting for the product pickup and the refund.
I have been redirected to multiple technicians even though I have raised multiple concerns/queries. Need quick resolution as I have been facing this issue for past 2 months without any proper resolution.
