[Resolved] Reliance Digital — no cashback received for my hp laptop | |||
Hello, reaching out to you regards to the hp laptop which was bought on 29-june and i was offered a cash back but not credited to my account yet, which should have been done september. Reaching out to you to have the issue resolved at the earliest possible. I bought the laptop at near by reliance digital store which is at gopalan signature mall, benniganahalli, opposite to rmz, bangalore. I had spoke to the sales rep who informed me to contact if the cash back is not received after 2 months of purchase. I have shared the screenshots and of the bill and you can find the cash back details, purchase date, and the product info. Hope this information is more than enough to have the issue resolved.
