On April 4, 2022 - I made the payment and received an order confirmation email.
April 5, 2022 - Received an email saying that it has been shipped, with a tracking link. Later, it showed attempted delivery. However, we live in a flat, and there is a security and CCTV cameras. There was no evidence of anyone trying a delivery.
April 6th, 2022 onwards, we have been sending emails and making calls numerous times to your customer care agents but everything was in vain.
It's been a week, and not a single person from your team has addressed our concern other than saying that they will look into the issue.
I think this is an unethical practice by the reliance digital team. I need my money back. I have spent so much time over this issue and have been worrying a lot and living in difficulty without the fridge.
I need a refund as soon as possible as the product has not been delivered, and I have been receiving false messages of attempted delivery and service cancellation on my phone.
I ordered only because it would be delivered the next day, it's been over a week, and I am without a refrigerator now. I need a refund immediately as I can't wait anymore.
The customer service agents have been dodging the issue, and they do not have any satisfactory reply as to when we would receive the product or whether a refund can be initiated.
Also, there is no option of cancellation or refund online. When clicked, the ' track my shipment' button shows no data received.
I feel violated as you have taken my money, and I am still suffering due to the unprofessional approach of your team.

Placed order on 13-Apr and still awaiting for delivery. Reliance CC even doesn't know the in-house courier has picked up the order and where is it. Come-on it is there own warehouse and courier and they don't have any info about the product dispatched.
