Hello, so I recently bought a pair of Realme Buds Air 3 from Reliance digital, placing an online order. The piece is got is faulty and hence went to Realme Service Centre to get it replaced, out there they asked for the Bill/Invoice from Reliance. I searched my Gmail, I hadn't got any mail concerning the Invoice of the above mentioned Product!!. So I called the Customer care wherein they said, that they will raise the complain of a duplicate bill which will take 72 hours to process. Now my problem is I am standing in the Realme Service centre, my replacement piece is ready, but because Reliance cant provide me with a bill immediately, I'll have to come to this service centre all over again spending money. Plus if I had lost or misplaced the Bill, I can understand, I have not been sent the Invoice in the first place and now I have to wait for 72 hours and visit the Service Centre again.
