I purchased water purifier in phoenix mall reliance mall 1 year ago and the water purifier has shown filter warn alarm. When i purchased i already 2 years warranty extension by paying extra money. However, when i request to check and change filter 2 days ago, but they didn't sent technician till now and reply and no pickup phone. -. Requested 2017.11.15 to change water purifier filter -.
