[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Non installation of tv | |||
I purchased a sony 40inch led tv from relaince digital srs mall lucknow on 27 may 17 and despite numerous requests the tv has not been installed till date. I have contacted the customer care and the store from where i purchased the tv but nobody has turned up for its installation. I have been contacting the store evcen and there the persons attending the phone are utterly disrespectful and even have told me that it would take seven days to install the tv. It is a matter of great shame for such a big brand to be let down by such store operators. I would request you to get my tv installed asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
