[Resolved] Reliance Digital — non receipt of the 3.1 samsung sound bar | |||
Sir, i bought a 55 inch mu 6470 samsung uhd tv from madurai vishal de mall digital store on 17.10.2017. My name is k. Christin bai. I received the tv on 22.10.2017 with the wall mount. The 3.1 wireless sound bar is missing. I asked with the store so many times and as well the customer care number many times. Every time i received the answer from your people that we will supply in 2 or 3 days. I am board of hearing the same answer every time. Now 20 days gone till i have not received the unit. Kindly do the needful to get the sound bar immediately. I need a responsible answer from the company. My friend bought the same tv from another store in madurai on the same day the cost is also cheaper than reliance digital and with the tv itself he go the sound bar. But reliance digital is still not giving the unit. It is very worst and how can i refer others to you or i can buy from you. I am an exisiting customer. I bought many home appliances from you.
