Reliance Digital — Nor I got product nor refund

I had registered an asus laptop on 12th september my laptop was going to be delivered on 17 september. Till date i didn't receive the laptop nor the refund.
I applied for cancellation still no response.
Your courier partner says laptop is in bhiwandi and reliance digital customer says it is in ahemdabad. Please get my money back please i request.
I did payment through credit card due is coming soon. Please get my money back. Please get my money back. Please i request.
