[Resolved] Reliance Digital — not accepting refund for jio phone | |||
I had placed the reliance jio phone order on 24th aug and the phone was promised to be delivered in the first week of sept. We received the phone in the 1st week of november. I tried to cancel the phone in the interim and they completely denied to accept cancellations. They have linked our phones to our aadhar cards and then ask us to sell it to some one else which is very risky. This is unfair to the consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||

My tech tech ID is : 60386603 I pre-booked iPhone X but the store people are giving preferance after my seriol number or they are selling. They are not giving preferance by seriol .
