Dear sir/ madam,
I am an esteemed customer of reliance digital. Prior to my present purchase i bought 3 products and this time the experience is "horrible". I would like to focus you on the fact that on 18 june 17 (Sunday) i purchased a samsung led smart tv (Model : m5570 43') from barasat reliance digital outlet sun city mall kolkata, west bengal. Invoice attached herewith. My sales executive mr. Sandip promised me to get my item delivered to my mentioned address next day positively which is just 1.2 km from the showroom. Next day (19 june 17) i got sms conformation that my item will get delivered by late evening. Out of curiosity and excitement i called sandip just to confirm the timing. He replied a call have come and i didnt receive it so it wont get delivered today as delivery van have move up ahead but still he will try. But actually i did not receive any call at any of my mentioned contact numbers which was [protected], alternative number :[protected]. He made me fell its my mistake. On the very next day (20 june 17) again i called sandip and also at the reliance digital barasat showroom to confirm my delivery. They confirmed what ever the situation would be positively the prouct will get delivered. I took their words. Around 5 pm i got a call from the delivery department that they are out for delivery and can reach any moment. Specially for them i stayed back at my home. I kept waiting waiting and waiting but nothing happened. I call the delivery guy who contacted me and very rudely he mentioned that he will be their by 10 pm. I said ok. Again at 10:30 pm i called him he said he is on the way and by max it will be 11:30 pm to reach my home for delivery. I said ok fine. At 12 am (21 june 17) again i called him the delivery boy he shouted and very arrogantly said he is not going to deliver it today and after arguing he challenged me to do what ever i do nothing will bother him. My 2 days and all the excitement got flooded. I have got almost every conversation in recording and yet i am not sure even after paying money for the product i purchased will ultimately get it or not.
I want to ask you is this the procedure a customer is treated at reliance digital. I feel betrayed, disrespected and insulted.
Today is 21 june 17 and i want to get my product delivered along with home demonstration completed.48 hours has passed and no excuses will be tolerated.
Further i will make sure from my end that other customers get to know about it and if necessary step are not taken against the reliance digital barasat outlet and against the delivery boy whose name i don't know but his contact number is [protected] then i know where next to apply.
Please treat this as urgent and expedite the process.
