Reliance Digital — Not receiving signal in big tv | |||
I am a big tv customer. My card no is[protected]. I am not receiving signal for more than 12 hours. It shows error 400. When i reported to customer service no showing on screen, he has cut my phone rather than registering my complaint. Now when i re-tried, no response received. Should i think that this the nature of reliance people having no intention to provide services. If i will not get solution of my problem even after writing this complaint, i will go for consumer forum to get solution and compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||
