I had purchased a whirlpool fully automatic washing machine on dec 2015, as machine developed issue i registered a compliant directly to the oem (Whirlpool). I was shocked to hear that products purchased in reliance digital does not carry oem warranty.
I filed a compliant with reliance digital (Resq) team on[protected], on 18-may technician visited and informed me need to replace q part in the machine. Inspite of frequent followups there is no response from the reliance team. But i received an automated response informing me that the service request has been closed.
I have contacted whirlpool directly and i have requested them to sort out the issue for which i am paying for the technician visiting charges and also need to pay for the parts replacement charges although the machine is under warranty. Was this information helpful? |
