[Resolved] Reliance Digital — one ton ac ( reconnect ) not working for the last 12 days

I have registered so far three compliants on the same issue . No one really looked at it and solved . Ac not working and they are just playing with us . This is totally unaceptable. We are in Chennai ( without AC how difficult it is ) . They said some board issue . They visted site with a wrong board . today also they came and they just left like that . iam wondering what is happening .

i have contacted Customer care head and sent him three emails. they also have taken this issue light because they are not suffering from it . please advise how do i get a solution for this .

Updated by Nagireddy Thatiparthy today i registered again a compliant for the same issue with the reference number of [protected]. can some one help me how to get these reliance people to respond properly . where should i complaint . i wanted register official conusmer complaint . Please advise me .
