Sir on 25 august 2020 i bought oneplus nord mobile phone through my friend sumit butola on their reliance digital i'd i received that phone on 31 august 2020 on first day of phone i was founded issue's like hanging. After using 2, 3 days the same situation get arises after that i was calling on reliance digital centre they said go to near oneplus service center and get the exchanging letter, next day i was go there but sir they can't exchange that phone and they resolve the internal issues on software and said we are not taken any guarantees of exchanging, i calls so many times on reliance digital to talk to the service center of oneplus and they also did but after that reliance digital company told to me that they do nothing untill oneplus giving any exchanging letter. And sir this phone is now currently in exchanging policy but they are doing delay, also sir oneplus service told to me to give the proof of our return policy of oneplus service centre, sir i can't understand i bought that phone on reliance digital but they don't take any responsibility. Sir iam a final year student current now is really need phone currently for my exams but they exchange that phone. Sir no one take the responsibility of that phone.. Sir i humble request to you.. Take strict and immediately decision against them because of my paper comes near
