Reliance Digital — only use 2 day reconnect ramse2112 2.1 home theater

I newly purchased from oberon mall edappally (*reliance digital) after 2 day not working perfectly. I called toll free number of resq and get the address of resq in kochi.

Resq digital service center, tekwins electronics, khadheeja building, north railway station road, ernakulam north, kacheripady, kochi, kerala 682018

Service center man said wait above 3 months in warranty period otherwise 1 week

Problem: (Main board complaint)

I called to reliance digital oberon mall connect with team leader, i requested please replace with new product or refund my money. He said go to resq service center
