After complaining through email and phone call have not recieved any response fron relience digital. Even i reached to head of the customer service. It is highly disappointing behaviour.
I have purchased ipad which reached on me on 20th july and on 22nd i registered my complaint regarding battery issue. After complaing many times relience customer care told me to go to apple brand and get the confirmation from them. I went to apple which is 30km away frm my house, they kept the ipad for 2 days and after verifying the problemthey issued the doa letter which i submitted to relience on 31st. Since than i am keep on calling and emailing no one is responding. As i am facing so much trouble in my work i need a replacement at the earliest. But this relience seems they are just not bothered. I didnot asked the refund all i asked is replacement. Please help me.
