I really disappointed with customer support and delivery service in ecom-express and even reliance digital customer care doesn’t know when the package will get delivered and even they don’t know where is my shipment and when I connect customer support with reliance digital and Ecom Express both are said delivery person has reached me multiple times but unfortunately no body reached me I didn’t received such calls and ecom express said they are using landline internet call via APP to reach customers. I have called multiple times to ECOM Express CC to know my package delivery. But no clarity about receive my package and they are not sharing the delivery person contact number to reach them for delivery person unable to reach me via APP online call. Yesterday I call ECOM Express CC around 8:30PM who picked my phone call he is very unprofessional and way he approach not good like he said “ PAAGAL “. Here the scenario is customer has to paid the amount for order items and the person has to wait till when delivery guy will delivery the package on their available time. It’s unusual and unprofessional delivery service and their systems. It’s very bad, worst and worst service provider, I never seen in my life like this kind ecommerce service. Even I don’t confident of EcomExpress CC words like the package is reached Bangalore hub, because the delivery status update is unusual you can find in the attached image.
