[Resolved] Reliance Digital — panasonic air conditioner 1 ton | |||||
Hello, i purchased an air conditioner on february 8th 2019 and got it in installed on 12th march 2019. After the installation we used for 10days and then later it stopped working and later on calling for the customer service number provided on the bill. We called to that number no body lifted or responded to the call. Later on checking the complaints in the web. I mailed to [protected]@ril.com and they responded but the technicians came and went but never told what the problem is. Now it's been 3 months but the problem is not resolved. The people calling from the service center aren't even responding properly they don't even know how to talk to ladies. It's been 3 months none of them are responding. We can't bare anymore of this issue make sure you refund the money because we didn't use it for 10days also. Make sure this is done. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have purchased 5 star rating Samsung AC in Reliance madeenaguda, hyderabad branch on may 31st.My AC is not working properly and it is in warranty period. I have raised a complaint 3-4 times to reliance customer portal through call.Still no technician are visited to my home and no response from Reliance.I didn't expect this from reliance.
