[Resolved] Reliance Digital — panasonic air conditioner do look into this matter | |||
I had bought a panasonic ac there was a leak and water dripping from the ac unit i had contacted the service department they had sent the service team 2 times then we had complained for the water leak again and it was not resolved but the cooling was good then after the warranty period the person had come for the same problem again and after he said the problem is solved again for which he had charged rs 470/- and had told us that there was no gas in the ac and i have to pay rs 3400/- to refill gas just a day back i had started the ac and cooling was good after he servicing there was no cooling at all. It's been just 18 months i had bought the ac. I have been using different brands of ac for so many years (5 years and more) but never have faced such a problem taught would go for a different brand like panasonic. I hope they resolve the issue. Fyi the gas in the ac does not get over so soon and that too in a city like bangalore. Was this information helpful? | |||
