Reliance Digital — Payment made for Jio Rs.303/- but activation not done

Dear sir,

I have made a payment through net banking (Sbi) to jio for renewing my
Broadband facility on my phone number [protected] with rs.303 through
Net-banking on 10th march 2017. Since the broadband facility is not
Extended on this phone, i contacted jio helpline who informed me that
They are not in receipt of this amount. Then i contacted sbi and their response is given below asking me to contact the merchant.
