Reliance Digital — Payment made for Jio Rs.303/- but activation not done | |||||
Dear sir, I have made a payment through net banking (Sbi) to jio for renewing my Broadband facility on my phone number [protected] with rs.303 through Net-banking on 10th march 2017. Since the broadband facility is not Extended on this phone, i contacted jio helpline who informed me that They are not in receipt of this amount. Then i contacted sbi and their response is given below asking me to contact the merchant. Quote: "madam/dear sir, With the reference to the below query, we would like to inform you that the aforementioned transaction has been settled with the merchant on march 11, 2017. Kindly approach the concerned merchant with below details for further assistance in the noted matter. Payment id: igaaxzocd2 Pgi ref. No.: hsbi[protected] Ref. 1: br00000ykwat Date of txn: 10/03/2017 09:17:06 Amount (Rs. Ps) 303.00 Status: success Sorry for the inconvinience caused to you in this regard With regards, N venkata rao Manager (Sys) Alternate channels & payments State bank of india Local head office Hyderabad [protected]" Unquote.
