Reliance Digital — payment not received no refund yet

We purchased a 59 inch samsung 4k television from reliance digital - sastamangalam, trivandrum. The payment was done through google pay. The amount has been debited from my account, but the store claims that they have not received the payment. It has been 4 days and i don't have any update on my refund. The bank manager has confirmed that the amount has been debited from my account.
I spoke with the customer care toll free number for reliance and no one got back to me as promised. It is such a shame that big brands like reliance does not even have a proper payment gateway. Reliance needs to answer my complaint and find a resolution for this. This is the hard earned money common man that they are playing with.
I have also seen similar complaints posted in this forum about payments done at reliance digital. Such shops should be banned from market sales.
