[Resolved] Reliance Digital — payment stuck at merchant side | |||
I was trying to buy samsung a8+ on 11th august, but at the time of payment of rs 23570/- which i was trying to make by credit card got stuck in between. The amount was deducted from my account but they didnt got it. I checked with my bank, they said it was successful from their side and it failed at merchant side. Now its been 6 days and i havent got my money back. I have been calling reliance digital for a long time now and all i m getting is we are working on it. Its a huge amount and without any updates from your side its making my life difficult to ever trust you guys. I need assistance as soon as possible. Its really hard for a middle class person to be under so much of pressure of this huge amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
