One year ago I brought An AC (panasonic, split ) from Reliance Digital, Barasat . My registered mobile no is - [protected]. About two weeks later from the date of purchase My AC started malfunctioning. Operator came and told me that the refrigerant / gas was leaked out . They charged the gas again and again it goes out . Then I asked about a product replacement. They told me that the replacement was not an option rather they suggest me to send it to their service center (Panasonic, Habra). They assured me that it will not create any problem in future. You can check that till november 2018 I called them many times for servicing for the same purpose. At winter season the AC was in standby mode. Now the leakage is happening again . I have complaint again in reliance digital barasat at 10/ 05/ 2019, As I had extended my warranty for another 2 years . Till today my AC is not working because they are suggesting that they have to replace the condenser, as the parts is not available so they can not tell me when they are going to fix it.
This is a complete customer harassment. Now I want a product replacement again. Please do what is needed.
