[Resolved] Reliance Digital — poor servicing of kent grand plus water purifier | |||
Before 3yrs i have purchased kent from reliance digital. On the same day after installation it fall down from the wall. Despite of repetitive complain to provide us a new kent, nobody responded and rather they ensured us that nothing have happened to it and its in good working condition. Every time its showing problem and service from reliance is very poor. Since last six months i have been facing lots of problem and technician's are really careless. They don't care for customers need and don't value commitment even. I wish if i would have thrown the kent in reliance digital that time and i wouldn't have faced such situation. Now also its not working. And parts are never available and its always takes more than 15days to arrange the part. I had worst experience ever. Was this information helpful? | |||
