The following issues were faced by me when i visited '"reliance digital - velachery show room"" on 21.10.2016 :-
1. I went inside at around 7.15 pm and there was nobody to attend to my requirement for the next 10 mins.
2. The sales executive who attended me was an amateur he had no knowledge about the product nor did his superior mr. Rasool.
3.I asked for a tablet with a good screen resolution of 1280 x 720 but they suggested me to buy iball snap 4g2 and insisted that it had the same resolution.
4.But i was doubtful on looking at the inbuilt video.Since there was no wifi facility available in the store, the demo piece present there was totally useless. But since mr. Rasool reassured me after i waited for more than an hour i had no other option than to buy the same.
5.They further delayed at the billing point and the billing person was missing. Finally they opened the gadget box inorder to fill up the warranty card there itself and finally i moved out at 9.10 pm.
6. When i took it home and checked it with my home wifi with an app, the resolution was horrible. Images were very bad and were breaking. When i checked the specification of the same device online, it was completely different. It was just 1024x 600.
7. When i called back i was not responded to properly by mr.Rasool. He blindly told me that the gadget could not be replaced or refunded even if it is untouched. After i said i would lodge a complaint, he asked me to bring it and will check with his seniors what can be done.
8. I took it back the next morning and again i was asked to wait for around an hour then he told me that he would update me the same evening
9. Evening he called me and told me they would deduct 10% of the total value of the tablet for which i totally was reluctant. Why should i pay rs 750.00 for their mistake ????
10. I could have very well bought a tablet of my choice through online shopping but since the delivery time was 2 days and i wanted it immediately i went to reliance digital hoping for a better service which was proved wrong by your untrained staff.
11. Now, i have the bill copy with me with the return of the device in good condition mentioned on it with date and time signed by mr. Rasool.
12. Finally, now i request to be refunded at the earliest !!
