Hi, I have purchased pTron bass earbuds and after 2-3 days its stopped working, I asked for replace or return and the customer care is saying we cannot replace or return it, you only need to ask pTron customer care, which is not responding in the calls. Sep 4, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I have get it repaired myself as no response from relaince and ptron support. Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
